This ointment features a petrolatum base formula with 2% miconazole nitrate that is enhanced with Phytoplex and other botanicals. Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) helps it adhere to wet or damp skin, and an invisible shield allows for easy monitoring. Antifungal ointment is ideal for the treatment of athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm, or superficial skin infections caused by yeast. This ointment is ideal for children over 2 years to geriatrics, though should not be used on scalp or nails, or on children under 2 years of age.
