Standard Shipping is processed within one business day and shipping is generally 2 business days* (applicable items only). Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 for orders less than $49, or free for orders over $49. Standard shipping can be through Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS, we cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery. If your order contains multiple items, it may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different dates. National Incontinence only ships within the continental United States.
Expedited Shipping is processed the same day if the order is placed before 3 PM EST on weekdays (excluding holidays) and shipping is 2-3 business days. If your order is placed after 3 PM EST, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. Expedited shipping costs are calculated online in the ordering process, or when your place your order over the phone. These rates* are the actual UPS shipping rates and vary based on the destination and items purchased. Please note when using expedited shipping methods we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time. Generally UPS or Fed Ex will deliver your package by 8:00 PM on the estimated date of delivery. UPS and Fed Ex do not deliver to PO Boxes, so we are unable to ship via an expedited method to PO boxes.
* Certain items, due to product availability and warehouse location may take longer to arrive. Shipping to certain rural zip codes may delay delivery times, as well. Only select items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO and FPO addresses, but additional shipping charges will apply, please call our customer service center. Sorry, we cannot ship to PO boxes or international addresses.
Some items may not qualify for free 2 day shipping. Items that do not qualify will be identified on the product page.
Certain locations do not qualify for free 2 day shipping.The locations include: MT, WY, ID, NE, ND, and SD
We do not offer weekend delivery for expedited orders. Orders shipped through Fed Ex are delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders shipping via USPS (some standard shipping orders) are delivered Monday through Saturday, although Saturday delivery can not be guaranteed. Delivery is not available on Sunday.
Peak Season Disclaimer - The guarantee for all expedited orders is suspended for shipments picked up on the Friday after Thanksgiving, Dec. 22, 23 and 24.
Risk of Loss - All items purchased from National Incontinence are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.
Out of Stock Items - For out of stock items, we will notify you if we cannot ship your item within a week. For orders placed online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation notifying you once your order is shipped.
Holiday Shipping Cutoffs
Holidays are especially difficult for shipping companies. For Christmas eve, Christmas day, New Years eve, and New Years day, there will be no pick-ups. All orders (including expedited) made after December 21st will be shipped no earlier than December 26th, and items ordered on December 29th will be shipped no earlier than January 2nd. The following are cut-off times for Christmas delivery:
