Hassle Free Return Policy


If for any reason you decide that the product you ordered does not suit your needs or just isn't for you, simply return it to us in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase and we will promptly issue you a merchandise credit or refund. No questions asked and no restocking fee*.

Return Policy for National Incontinence


Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of used bedding, briefs and other merchandise or opened packages of disposable products.

Please carefully pack returned items in their original packaging. National Incontinence is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Please be advised that tracking information must be requested at the post office for items sent by US mail. Since we cannot issue credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that all returns be sent using a delivery method that can be tracked and/or insured. Call tags are available from UPS and/or FedEx for a fee. A call tag is when we alert the carrier to come to your house and pick up the item. The shipping and pick-up costs is included in the call tag price.

How to Return an Item


Submit a return request using the Contact Us form or call us at 800-998-1745 for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning the item. We will provide you with return instructions, including the proper return address. Returns received without an RMA cannot be processed. The RMA number must be requested within 30 days of purchase and the returned item should be received within 14 days of issuance of this number. Allow 7-10 days for processing return and issuing a refund or credit.
