AutoShip FAQ

What is AutoShip?

AutoShip is a feature that allows you to set up automatic reorders of products you use frequently, on a schedule convenient for you, and at a discount on our everyday low price. All AutoShip orders of $49 or more are shipped for free using standard shipping.

Where can I find a list of eligible products?

Look for the AutoShip icon next to the product. Most cases of disposable incontinence products are eligible.

How do I sign up for AutoShip?

Signing up is fast and easy. Simply fill out our Online Form or give us a call at 1.800.998.1745.

How does AutoShip save me money?

All AutoShip orders come with a discount over the everyday price of the item. The discount is posted on the product detail page when you sign up.

What if the price of the item changes after I place my order?

We will contact you if the price of the item increases.

What payment methods can I use for AutoShip orders?

Credit cards are the only form of payment that can be used for AutoShip orders.

When do I pay for my AutoShip order?

You pay for AutoShip items only as they are shipped. For each shipment, we will charge your credit card for the price of the item at the time the shipment is processed less the AutoShip discount, plus any applicable sales tax.

What are your options for delivery schedules?

AutoShip orders are available in one-month, two-month, three-month, four-month and six-month intervals online but you can customize your frequency by calling or emailing our customer service center. You select the frequency with which you want to receive new orders, and we will send out the shipments on that schedule automatically.

Once I sign up, when will I get my first order?

As soon as you submit your purchase we will begin processing your first order. All AutoShip case orders of $49 or more ship for free using standard shipping. The estimated delivery range for your first order is generally no more than 2 business days.

What happens after I get my first shipment?

We will automatically process your next shipment on the schedule you selected when you placed your AutoShip order. Before each shipment, we will send an e-mail to the address associated with the subscription to let you know the process is about to begin. This gives you a chance to make any necessary updates.

How do I update my subscription?

You may change the quantity and frequency of your subscription as well as the billing and shipping address and payment method at any time online by calling or emailing us. Updates will be applied to all future shipments associated with the subscription.

Changes made do not apply to shipments that have already entered the shipping process. If you're unsure whether a shipment is in the process of being sent to you, please call us.

Can I upgrade my shipping method?

Shipping upgrades are not permitted for AutoShip orders.

How do I cancel my subscription?

There are no commitments. Cancel your subscription any time. You will only be charged for orders that have shipped.

Can I subscribe if I live outside of the contiguous 48 states?

Not at this time. Items can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
