Abena Abri-Let Booster Pads are most effective when used in conjunction with a disposable brief or diaper. Booster pads provide additional protection from bladder leakage and help pull fluid away from the skin to the other protective item. Abri-Let Pads have no plastic backing which make them very soft and comfortable.

I like these so that I can leak much less. There is a garment liner that I've also been using, that is much wider, and can stay in place better.
I find myself thinking of other uses for these great strips--padding? stuffing?
No irreverence intended, also irrelevance. Well, as children my sisters and I were allowed to use the huge stash of sanitary napkins our dad got for Mom to stuff our little porcelain dolls we were making from kits, so I know these things are very handy all around.
I bought the double size not realizing they were so large. I cut them in half.
JUST LIKE THE DESCRIPTION SAYS, I USE IT AS A BOSTER PAD, TAKES A LOT OF WATER , CANNOT SAY ENOUGH - I WILL DEFINITELY GET MORE WHEN THE TIME COMES
I have used these boosters for years. I have come to trust the Abena booster pads many times while traveling, or knowing I will be unable to change for long periods of time. They do make the diaper thicker, but I have never picked up on anyone noticing, or paying attention to it. I found them to be cost effective, and a great product.
I have used this product for several years. It works well with cheap, inexpensive diapers, or the most absorbant diapers. It absorbs a good amount of the output before the urine passes on to the diaper. It also maintains a fairly ""dry"" feeling until changing time.
