These plastic pants are great diaper covers. I wear them over briefs and pull up diapers. They fit great under clothing and look like regular underwear. I wear these at night too with no leaks. They wash great too. I would highly recommend these for that extra protection. I wear them everyday. Thanks National Incontinence!

They ran very small in the legs

I use this product with underwear and a guard. It doesn't cause as much sweating as vinyl pants do. The one I received came with a small hole in the crotch and did allow some leakage. I like the fabric waist and leg bands, but the product is really too bulky for use without a diaper.
