Among different similar products I've tried this was the best.

Very good buy

Fits well, comfortable, cloth-like fabric. I wish to be more resistant at tear and wear.

Per-Fit works for us

My husband requires pull ups and Per-Fit performed just as advertised. Excellent fit (size medium for him), absorbency that works through the night, and the material was non-irritating to his skin. We were very satisfied.

Get catcher of both problems.

I was amazed at how well it kept all the diahrea in the pouch as I was sick about 3 weeks with this problem. Plus they hold a lot of urine before starting to seep out the sides. Great fit too.
