Salk Sani-Pant™ Moisture Proof Pull-On Cover-Ups are a popular 100 percent waterproof diaper cover designed to prevent leaks onto furniture and clothing. An updated version of traditional plastic pants or rubber pants, these laminated polyester underwear are designed to provide added security over disposable diapers, pads or liners. The soft cotton elastic bindings on waist and legs won't chafe or irritate the skin. Safe to machine wash with mild bleach and fabric softeners; lasts approximately 80 to 120 washings. They are made of soft, white plastic-coated nylon. These are lightweight yet strong and will not tear.

I love these diaper covers.!

These plastic pants are great diaper covers. I wear them over briefs and pull up diapers. They fit great under clothing and look like regular underwear. I wear these at night too with no leaks. They wash great too. I would highly recommend these for that extra protection. I wear them everyday. Thanks National Incontinence!

Good Product

I use this product with underwear and a guard. It doesn't cause as much sweating as vinyl pants do. The one I received came with a small hole in the crotch and did allow some leakage. I like the fabric waist and leg bands, but the product is really too bulky for use without a diaper.
