This washable absorbent cotton brief provides a green alternative to disposable pants for children who need help staying dry in the daytime. Designed to be especially discreet for children, the sewn-in absorbent padding will absorb up to 7 ounces. The waterproof backing ensures there are no worries about leaking to clothing. Simply machine wash and dry for reuse the next day.

For those who require extra absorbency, a sewn-in gusset pouch holds a disposable booster pad which absorbs an additional 9oz. This more than doubles the urine capacity. These briefs are latex free and individually packaged.

Well made

My 5 year old granddaughter has a congenital urinary tract malformation that causes her to be completely incontinent of urine. The other kids at school have noticed that she still wears pull-ups and have been teasing her, so we are searching for leak proof incontinence undies that make her feel confident and comfortable.
These undies are well-made, cute, and comfortable, but they are not leak proof - her clothing gets soaked and she feels very self conscious. I rated them 4 stars because they are good quality, well padded, cute, well fitting, just not the right product for my granddaughter.

They are great!

These are similar to training pants with extra padding. I think fine for someone who is just having small leaks but for larger accidents my daughter is still coming home with wet pants. They are also pretty thick so not good under leggings but are fine under jeans or baggy pants.

They're so comfy!

After suffering from moderate urinary leakage. Then I have to wear youth diapers. Then my mom's friend which daughter is a special needs girl. She asked me to try them on.
As a male I decided to wear them and they resulted to be so useful!.
Not only for urinary leakage, even for sweating and bad odors too!.
