This is the only product that fits my needs

This product works great for someone with bowel issues. No other Product I tried would keep that in check.

These are great, tight, quiet and sturdy.

I've been wearing these for 8 years, after three surgeries bypassed my main chute. They keep my drainage in. Keep the smell to minimum and there is no noise from crinkling, or bulging in the wrong area. However, you probably won't fit a pair of jeans over them. These are best if you can stand and slide them up like underwear. Trying to pull them up while in a chair or onto someone who can't move would be difficult. These are more form fitting and tight.
