These ultra-absorbent disposable briefs can be used as nighttime diapers or in cases of large amounts of daytime wetting. Tranquility ATN features a "peach mat" construction that quickly absorbs and dispenses large amounts of urine, while neutralizing odor and maintaining skin dryness. Double elastic extends from front to back and the plastic outer layer prevents any diaper leakage.

Love the fit and also the tape tabs are stronghold and easy to pull and close

Not as good as the Abena X-Plus

Before my dad was mostly bed-bound, we used Tranquility briefs with good success, though sometimes had issues with overnight leaking. Now that he’s so much more immobile, we needed a good product that was more easily removed while he’s in bed, i.e. one with side tabs. I tried 3 brands: Tena, Tranquillity, and Abena. The Tranquility ones shredded/fell apart during changing much more easily than the other two. If you need heavy absorbency and ease of removal/cleanup, I wouldn’t recommend these Tranquilities.

Pick wrong size.

I only opened one of the packages in the box. 3X are enormous. It insulted my wife. Depends large fit fine. My fault, if you don't take them back, maybe I can donate them to a nursing home.
