Remedy Phytoplex Hydraguard is a silicone-rich formulation that creates a breathable, water-resistant film over the skin as it moisturizes and nourishes. The 24% silicone blend helps resist moisture loss, and the cream nourishes the skin with the proprietary Phytoplex blend of botanicals. This cream is appropriate for perineal care, since it forms a water-resistant film over the skin. Remedy Phytoplex Hydraguard is rich in oleosomes: naturally encapsulated safflower oils that release over time, making it gentle enough for use on the most fragile skin, suitable for neonates, diabetics, and geriatrics. This cream reduces the appearance of red, cracked and scaly skin while soothing dry, itchy skin. It is available in 2 oz. or 4 oz. sizes.
