The Breezers™ by Prevail® Brief has the most performance and comfort enhancing features available in an adult brief. Prevail Breezers™ have a breathable cloth-like outer fabric for additional wearer comfort and "rustle-free" discreetness. The new cloth-like Easy-Lock Fastener® (ELF®) tabs are now softer and more maneuverable. These Prevail briefs feature ELF® tabs that securely grip anywhere on the cloth-like outer fabric, and will attach over and over again without adhesives. This reduces waste and promotes sizing reductions because there is no limit where the tabs can go. All these features mean maximum leakage protection, skin dryness, improved fit, and a better overall performance at a lower cost.

The fact that its breathable, makes it very comfortable, the tapes are strong and hold very well no matter your movement, I have yet to have one leak on me or tear, i don't know how it holds to soiled, but if just wet, it holds very well
