My husband doesn't have shape to his hind quarters so these stay up better than other brands.

I would not buy again, too pricey.

Only use as alternate to FIT-FLEX. They both work pretty much the same, but FIT-FLEX is cheaper and REAL FIT looks better. Practically the same.

Real Fit is not accurate

I like everything about the quality (seams, etc.) of the product. I just feel that a 3rd size option between way too big and way too small is needed. For me the small size fits my size profile but I can only use it for athletic activities.

Great incontinence protection

The Depend Fit for Men briefs are a real advance in incontinence protection wear. They look and feel like regular underwear, with an elastic waist band and cloth feel. They even come in two colors, blue and gray. I have found them to be excellent protection for medication-caused urge incontinence.
