Premium Waterproof Mattress Cover - Zippered

Never got this. Was on back order. Not told it was. Waited nearly 4 weeks and I had to call twice to try to find out what the delay was. I was told it was on back order and would be in by week's end. It was not. My credit card was charged when I placed the order and I had to call to find out that even after 41/2 weeks, it was not stocked. How long would that charge remain on my credit before I was told it would be SEVERAL MORE weeks before they got it in?? When I finally got through to a supervisor, Ann, she answered the phone not ""National Incontinence"" but ""Bedwetter store"" Inappropriate, to say the least. Certainly degrading to my elderly mother. Never use the service again.

kid cannot pull it off his bed and urinate directly on the mattress. it's roomy enough to insert other protective materials underneath just for added security

Disgusted with this product and will never buy from you again!! You should be ashamed of your name - your products should actually benefit people with incontinence, ESPECIALLY considering the price!!!

I got the 16"" cover for my mattress because it was 11"" inches deep so the 9"" was too small. I was worried it might be baggie and cause my sheets to slip off, but I tucked the excess material (there really wasn't much) between the mattress and box spring like the customer care representative suggested and it has worked perfectly. This cover it not hot or noisy. I live in an apartment and travel a lot, and this cover provides me with the confidence that I will not fall victim to bedbugs. I have also noticed an improvement in my allergies, an added benefit, I suppose due to the dust mite protection.
